For corporate customers (B2B), the purchase price is due for payment within 14 days of the invoice date at the latest. Payment for corporate customers (B2B) can be made by credit card, instant bank transfer, cash on delivery, open account or cash in advance as previously determined by Pandala Health e.U.. If Pandala Health e.U. delivers the goods cash on delivery, Pandala Health e.U. reserves the right to charge an additional cash on delivery fee. The goods remain the property of Pandala Health e.U. until full payment by you. All prices are inclusive of the respective legal value added tax and plus shipping costs. If you are in default of acceptance, Pandala Health e.U. can either store the goods with a storage fee of 0.1% of the invoice amount per calendar day or part thereof and insist on contract fulfillment, or withdraw from the contract after setting a reasonable grace period and resell the goods after withdrawal. In case of withdrawal, you have to pay a lump-sum compensation of 25% of the invoice amount in addition to the storage costs. In case of default of payment, Pandala Health e.U. is entitled to withdraw from the contract after setting a reasonable grace period and to demand the return of the delivered goods from the customer. In case of delayed payment Pandala Health e.U. is furthermore entitled to charge interest on arrears of 12% p.a. and reminder fees (for each reminder up to € 5,-). Subsequently, a collection agency will be commissioned with the collection of the claim.
